Frequently asked questions
How long does the license last?
It depends on the plan: the monthly plan renews every month, the annual plan renews every 12 months, and the lifetime plan never expires — a single one-time payment covers it for good.
What happens when a monthly or annual license comes up for renewal?
It renews automatically so Pro features, updates, and support continue without interruption. You can cancel any time before the next renewal date.
Do I need to install anything else?
Yes, two things. Your store must run WooCommerce — this is a WooCommerce extension, not a standalone plugin. You also need the free Expiry Tracking and Discount Engine plugin from WordPress.org, which Pro builds on. Install the free plugin first, then activate this license inside it.
How do I get Pro after I purchase?
You'll get an email with your license key and a link to your account's Downloads page. Download the Pro plugin ZIP there and upload it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then paste your license key into the free plugin's License tab to activate it.
How many sites can I use it on?
Monthly and annual licenses activate on 1 site; the lifetime license activates on 2. Contact us if you need more.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and any other payment method enabled at checkout.
Is it compliant with EU Omnibus pricing rules?
Yes. When a discount tier applies, your product's regular price is never altered or reset, so the reference price shown to customers is always your genuine original price. That's exactly what the Omnibus Directive's reference-pricing rules require.
