Billing is monthly and automatic. You place an order once and the corresponding amount will be deducted from your bank account once a month. After each successful payment, an invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you used to place the order. If desired, we can also use the invoice before payment option.

After placing an order, we can get the service up and running and provide the login details to the client, usually within 1-2 business days. During this time, we set up the private server, install programs and security measures, create users and work environments, and contact the client regarding any special requests.
Please note: Additional time and a service fee will apply for special requests that require complex direct connections to databases, additional software, or APIs. All such charges will be in accordance with our price list. The implementation and expected pricing of any additional requests will always be pre-approved with the client.
Vector database is tested up to 10 million documents; horizontal scaling can allow even larger datasets. Data volumes included in packages are outlined in the price list Additional data volume and server resources can be added if desired.
AI can add all sources to references at the end of each answer. Internal measurements in a legal text corpus suggest ≈ 91% accuracy.
Yes, theoretically we can do it, but it is mostly not recommended because the existing models are already powerful enough. Training LLMs is expensive and locks you into the existing model architecture. The AI landscape is currently evolving very quickly and new models, much more powerful than the previous ones, are constantly coming out and are ready for immediate deployment.

Yes! When you log in to the application, instructions for using the application will appear. In addition, there is an option to book a free online training or product demonstration at the company (depending on location, transportation costs may be added).
Each user can be assigned a username and password. The best protection is to set a strong and unique password. In addition, we can restrict access to the service with an IP address-based firewall. All data is encrypted in traffic between APIs and at rest. Activities in databases are logged. Brute force attack protection is used against password-guessing. The third-party API services in use do not store your data or use it to train their models. We are also currently working on adding MFA to the application.
We actively monitor the latest developments in the AI world and update all users' AI models and programs to the best stable and secure versions, notifying customers at least 14 days before the update. If you wish to opt out of updates, please inform our support team. We are also always looking for weaknesses in the security of our user interface and databases and make any necessary updates immediately.
Starting with the PRO package, all uploaded data and configurations are automatically backed up daily, weekly and monthly. Seven backups are kept for the past week, four backups are kept for the past month, and twelve backups are kept for the past year.
You can cancel your order through the payment platform (stripe.com) where you placed your order or by sending a cancellation request to the email address info@tarkva.com. Payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, and your right to use the service will remain valid until the end of the paid period. At the end of the service period all of your data will be permanently deleted after the period specified in the terms and conditions. You can also request that we transfer you the data before deletion.
